Your First Visit to Crossroads Dental and Implants
We take pride in creating world-class experiences for all our patients. Your first visit is an excellent opportunity for us to get to know you and for you to get to know our team. During this time, we encourage you to ask questions, share any concerns, and let us know how we can make your care as personalized as possible.
Complete X-rays and a comprehensive oral exam of your teeth, gums, mouth, and jaw will be performed, including a non-invasive oral cancer screening. Please bring the following to your first visit:
- X-rays from a previous dentist (or have your dentist forward them to our office).
- A valid form of ID.
- A list of medications you are taking.
- Details about any current health concerns or past surgeries.
- Your dental insurance card (if applicable).
Insurance and Financing
All of our patients deserve high-quality, affordable care. Since oral health is a key component of overall health, we seek to remove financial barriers as much as possible. Our team accepts most dental insurance plans and offers an in-house membership plan for those without insurance. In addition, we partner with various third-party financing options to help with your budgeting.
